- To operate to the highest standards, as exemplified by Moorfields Eye Hospital London, and to meet the expectations of our patients and the community
- To provide a comprehensive range of ophthalmic services with a special emphasis on underserved subspeciality areas within the region.
- To participate in and develop world class research and training programmes within the region in collaboration with local institutions, Moorfields Eye Hospital London, and the Institute of Ophthalmology in the UK.
- To embrace employment policies and practices that attract and retain high calibre staff, and recognising their contribution to the achievement of our vision.
